Ducks

OUR DUCKS CAME BACK!
Yep its true. I opened the blinds last Saturday and our feathered friends were patiently waiting for us outside. I was so excited that I grabbed Kels and a piece of bread and we hurried outside. I'm pretty sure they are the same ones that hung around last year (remember this post) and they are surprisingly pretty tame. Well not tame enough to pet but tame enough to feed and play with. I wish I could remember what we named them. I'll have to ask Kels. This pic and video was actually taken a couple weeks ago and they have been outside every day since. We love our new/old pets!

Crazy Kids

Have I mentioned how Kels doesn't really like other kids? Well, she takes a while to warm up to every body but she seems to be especially threatened by other kiddos. Maybe she just thinks they are all out to steal her toys. We're still (unsuccessfully) learning to share and I refuse to give up. Well, we went up to Bountiful to celebrate Jon's BIG 21st birthday and Kels actually played with her cousins. I was so proud! She had a snowball fight out back with Kailee & Crew and then later ran and played with Londy & Kale upstairs. I'm so glad we have all these little kids in our family to play together!

As we were getting ready to leave we noticed that the two littlest munchkins (Londy & Kalo) were missing. Rachel found them upstairs in the dark in Steph & Reeds closet. They threw every piece of clothing they could reach on the floor. Isn't in amazing what 2 short peeps can do - even in the dark?!? Cracks me up.

Makeup

Brittany gave my kid some lovely lip stick. As I was putting away groceries she applied it as eye shadow. Thanks B!

Row your boat

I love how Kelsie sings. Her voice makes me melt. She knows a ton of songs. This one is my favorite right now:

Have you ever rowed you boat down the street? I do every day. :)

This is another one of my favorites:

I blame her father for this one: haha

Roller Skating

Brittany's work (Burg Pediatric Dentistry) does annual customer appreciation events. Kels has always been too little but this year I thought we would try the roller skating. I still had my doubts. After all, she is my child and every one knows I'm the queen of clumsy. But guess what... she loved it and did SO good! She even got confident enough that she didn't need my help. A couple times she even tried pushing the helper bar away and skating herself.

Kels didn't like Molar-man as much as she liked skating...
