Yes, we have a membership and yes, I'm sure there will be 5 million more blog posts this summer about the zoo because we love it there.
This was on our way to the zoo. Our wonderful Gay-Gay has taught the girls yankee doodle. I have yet to hear Kels sing it but apparently she knows all the words. Too cute!

The girls loved watching the elephant baby,
Zuri. She's still so little and cute and playful and I kind of want to take her home...

I'm not sure what was wrong with the cougar but he was going crazy. Usually he's just sitting there, chill, observing everyone. Not this time. I don't even know how to explain the sound he was making but it was
terrifying. Little fearless
Kailee thought it was so cool and laughed.

There are a ton of peacocks just wondering freely around the zoo. Its not unusual to see 4 or 5 while at the zoo. This was I think the first time in my life that I have seen one with it feathers fully extended. It was huge and gorgeous!!!
After a long but fun day at the zoo the girls were
exhausted and just wanted to snuggle.
