My Sugar Plum Fairy

I LOVE Halloween! It was raining/snowing this year so we only made a couple stops to trick-or-treat. Then we went up to Auntie Stephs house. Every year she buys pumpkin shaped bread bowls and makes the yummiest homemade soups. I have been calling Kelsie my 'sugar plum fairy' since she was little tiny. Now she loves to watch Angelina Ballerina and could twirl ALL day long so her costume choice was a no brainer. As you can tell from the pictures above, I slicked Kelsie's hair back in a pony. This requires lots of gel and tons of hairspray. It stayed pretty good. After playing all night it was jammies time. You would think that after all that time and all that product her hair would be pretty straight from the pony, right??? WRONG! It poofed even bigger than normal. Like it was being set free. I think it matches her personality. Gotta love it!!!
At then end of the night all 3 girls (in their jammies) performed a piano concert. It was lovely. :)
Here are the artwork pages Kelsie did at Gay's this month. I especially love the spider one!
