We went to Roosevelt to see the fam and celebrate UBIC. We started out Saturday morning by checking out the parade. It was filled with firetrucks, tractors, floats, and of course the UBIC royalty. Kels & Kailee loved waiving at the princess girls.
I think I have this same exact picture from last year. When you know the person driving the firetruck, they honk extra long just for you. How lovely, right?!?. The other thing I loved about this parade/Roosevelt is that rules no longer matter. I think there was a no throwing candy from the floats rule. PUH!!! I can't even count how many times I was beaned in the heed. Ouchy!! At one point I had to start hiding all the candy because Kels was on a sugar high. I think we left there with a life time supply of penny candy, otter pops, Frisbees & balls. Thanks Row-belt!! :)
