Snowbird

I think every time we go to Snowbird, I write about how much we all love it. Well this time was no exception! The weather was perfect and we all had a blast. The only downside is that is always goes by way too fast. This is one of my favorite pictures of the girls. They were playing in the cart while we were checking in and unloading everything. Maybe someone should tell Kailee that playing in the cart can make your hair staticy... The girls loved sitting on the little ledge and hiding behind the curtains. Funny thing is they really thought we couldn't see them. I'm pretty sure this pic is going to freak my mom and sister out but I love it.

Our September week always falls during Oktoberfest which makes it even more fun. There are so many booths and different activities. Kailee spotted someone with their face painted and begged all week to get hers done. Finally we caved in. She looked so cool!
This door fascinated me so much. During the summer its open. During the winter, they close it to protect against the snow and avalanches. The lock alone was as big as Kailee's head. Its so crazy to me how that light fluffy snow we sometimes get can also be so big and heavy and dangerous. Good thing someone invented big doors... This picture pretty much sums up our time at snowbird...
