She just turned 17

We had a swing set growing up and we spent many hours playing on it. I do believe that kids spend too much time in front of the TV these days. We're guilty of it too. We love our Disney movies. Now that we've had a couple of really nice spring days I've been getting antsy to spend more time outside. So I spent some of my tax return on... you'll never guess... a swing set! Larry was nice enough to come over and build it. The girls were so excited and they kept playing on it even before he was finished.

It is much nicer than our old piece of crap that was half broken and only fun for babies.
As Larry was finishing up, along came "the boys" and on 4 wheelers none the less. My swing set was no longer exciting and Kelsie turned 17 years old right before my very eyes. I kind of wanted to cry but at the same time it was pretty cute and I struggled with mixed emotions. Someone save me!

I'm sad for you. I wish little girls would never even have to know about boys.

Hahaha I love those girls and I am so jealous you got a swing set! I don't even have a freaking back yard! And I can't imagine having a girl over a boy! haha
